Ltd. on May 2018 by Mr. Narayan Gouda (B.Arch.) as Director. Now 4 more directors along with Mr. Gouda came together with a vision to reach a glorious destination. The real estate sector is a very important & critical sector of our economy. It is the second-largest employment-generating sector after agriculture. Growing at a rate of about 20- 30% per annum, this sector has been contributing about 5-6% to India’s GDP and it is expected to reach 10% by 2025. It generates a high level of direct employment, also stimulates the demand in over 250 ancillary industries like cement, steel, paint, brick, building materials, consumer durables and so on.
